You only need to use an account if you wish to upload templates you created or manage templates you've uploaded before. You do not need an account to download the C9 International Avatar Creator, Template Editor, templates uploaded by others, or for anything else.
This account is in no way related to your actual Channel9 account. You do not need to use the same user name or password as on Channel9, although using the same user name is recommended because it makes it clearer who made the templates.
All fields are required.
An e-mail will be sent to the address you provided containing a link to activate your account. You will not be able to log in until your account is activated. Besides this activation mail you will receive no further unsolicited e-mail from ookii.org or its representatives, except if such mail is directly relevant to one of the templates you uploaded. Your e-mail address will not be shared with anyone, and will never be shown on the site.
